4. Creator Submissions

If you submit a game or other content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the necessary rights to submit it.
• Your submission does not infringe any third-party rights (including copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights).
• Your submission does not contain malware, hidden monetization, or unauthorized tracking.

By submitting content, you grant Unlocked Arcade a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display the submission for the purposes of operating and promoting the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Scrape, copy, or republish site content at scale without permission
• Upload harmful files, spam, or abusive content
• Interfere with ads, analytics, or security mechanisms

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

7. Creator Earnings and Payouts

Unlocked Arcade may display estimated earnings based on gameplay activity and advertising performance. Estimates are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect actual payable amounts.

If and when Unlocked Arcade offers creator payouts, additional terms may apply (including thresholds, verification, tax information, and compliance requirements). We may modify revenue share models, calculation methods, or payout schedules at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

Unlocked Arcade and its logos, designs, and site content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute site content except as permitted by these Terms or with our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNLOCKED ARCADE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
